DC Court of Appeals Holds Oral Arguments at UDC's David A. Clarke School of Law

The DC Court of Appeals held oral arguments Tuesday, October 29 at the UDC David A. Clarke School of Law.  The Court thanks the law school for hosting the panel so that the public was able to see the court in action and in person.  The Court of Appeals' oral arguments are all audio-streamed live, and those where there is a high level of public interest or if all nine appellate judges are sitting (an 'en banc' hearing), the case is video-streamed live.  You can watch video streams and listen to audio streams here:  https://www.dccourts.gov/court-of-appeals/oral-arguments.
